for ths wine have come from:

| WINEMAKING | The grapes have been fermented in open vats for
14 days,
drained and skins pressed. It has then umdergone induced malolactic feremntation to soften the flavours. This has taken 7 weeks. Storage in French Oak barrels of various ages followed for a minimum of 3 years . The wine has then been medium and sterile filtered prior to bottling. |
| TASTING NOTES | Cinnamon, plum and cherry aromas. A good balance of acid, fruit and alcohol produce a soft wine, yet rich in flavour. Goes well with all types of foods. Good drinking now, until 2010. |
