| THE GRAPES |
Grapes
for ths wine have come from:
Joe & Mary-Anne Demase Shepparton, Goulburn Valley, Vicroria |
| WINEMAKING | On receiving the grapes,
light crushing and pressing was done. The grapes were immediately taken
off the skins, giving minimal skin contact. The wine was then slowly fermented in closed vats for 3 months, with continual racking to new containers. It was then stored in plastic tanks for 16 months, again with continual racking off the sediment. It has then been medium and sterile filtered prior to bottling. |
| TASTING NOTES | Distinct
